MISSION MOMENTS
Each Spring Benefit features a Mission Moment video designed to ground the event in real stories before the live program begins. These films set the emotional and narrative tone for the evening, connecting guests to the long-term impact of YouthBuild through alumni voices, lived experiences, and reflections on growth, opportunity, and community.

I manage the Mission Moment video annually from concept through delivery, shaping the narrative focus, identifying storytellers, and conducting interviews. I lead creative direction and production planning, partnering with external video vendors to oversee timelines, edits, and approvals. Recent videos have included multi-generation alumni stories, outreach to early program cohorts, and large-scale alumni montages that visually reinforce legacy, continuity, and impact.
APPEAL VIDEOS
A short-form video campaign developed for the 2025 Annual Appeal, centered on participant gratitude and aligned with the broader theme of the ribbon-cutting celebration. The videos featured authentic, unscripted reflections from participants sharing what YouthBuild Lake County means to them.

I led planning and production for the campaign, managing an external videography team and coordinating a one-day shoot that captured 19 participant interviews. The footage was strategically repurposed across multiple initiatives, including the Annual Appeal, the ribbon-cutting ceremony, and an ongoing pipeline of social media content scheduled for release throughout the year.
BURLINGTON CAMPAIGN
A national retail fundraising campaign built around short-form video and photography to communicate YouthBuild’s impact at the point of sale and across Burlington’s social platforms. The content was designed to tell a clear, mission-forward story that captured audiences' attention on social media.

In collaboration with YouthBuild Global’s Communications Team, I produced and coordinated all video and photography assets used in the campaign. The videos were deployed on Burlington's social media platforms and contributed to over $3 million raised in support of YouthBuild programs worldwide.
RIBBON CUTTING
A ribbon-cutting recap video created to document and celebrate the opening of YouthBuild Lake County’s new facility. The video captures key moments from the day, including speaker remarks, participant and donor interactions, and visual highlights of the building itself.

I managed on-site video production, coordinating multiple videographers and guiding shot priorities to ensure meaningful coverage. I oversaw creative direction to balance candid moments, architectural details, and program milestones, resulting in a polished recap that reflects the significance of the event.
